At Bennett Winch, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Item
Securely place the product in its original dust bag and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
